Exhibitor Hotel Block Info

- You will be allowed to reserve a maximum of 50 rooms at any one hotel.
- Room blocks will be confirmed based on your exhibit space priority number and only those who have contracted for space can reserve within our blocks. The priority number will be used for this until May 1st. Room blocks requested after that date will be taken and confirmed on a first come, first served basis.
- A credit card guarantee or 1st night’s deposit (room and tax) is required per reservation, or the reservation cannot be taken. We will need this once your block is confirmed after June 5th.
- Final room block numbers must be in no later than October 2nd or rooms will be released. (Name changes WILL be permitted at any time. Date changes are subject to availability)
- Rooms can be cancelled up until 30 days before the event. After 30 days, we will assess to you only those charges that the hotel assesses Show Management.
