As Director of Customer Experience and Advocacy for Oce North America's Production Printing Systems, Tom Lee is responsible for the world-class Océ Customer Experience Center in Boca Raton, Florida. In this role, he has hosted, informed and engaged more than 1,000 Océ customers since the facility opened in 2004. Tom's passion for anticipating customer requirements with state-of-the-art production printing solutions was first ignited when he began designing print engines in the early 1980s. Since joining Océ in 1986, he has advanced steadily through the ranks of the organization, gaining hands-on expertise in various capacities, from technical support to training to product management. This unique combination of development, technology and personal customer experience has translated into a "big-picture," customer-first approach to both meeting and anticipating customer needs, evident in his day-to-day interactions with senior print professionals and the customers who are on the front lines of the digital printing revolution every day.
