In two decades in graphic communications, Sam Moore has focused on marketing technology, workflow best practices and change management. After a freelance career in publishing production, information design and DTP consulting, Sam enjoyed an 8-year run at EastWest Creative, producing print and online marketing for national brands Kraft, Nabisco, Labatt USA and Reckitt Benckiser. Moving to TracyLocke in 2004, Sam developed the Marketing Technology department, providing Digital Asset Management, Online Creative Customization, and Marketing Operations Management applications. In 2009, Sam launched Resonetrics, LLC, dedicated to helping businesses exploit internet communications to empower communities of customers, franchisees, suppliers, and distributors.
