As manager, Worldwide Customer Business Development, Xerox Corporation, Susan L. Weiss is responsible for the creation and deployment of customer business development programs for graphic communications providers worldwide. These programs include the ProfitAccelerator® Digital Business Resources collection of marketing programs and tools and the New Business of Printing Business Development Services. She also co-manages the Xerox business development consultants, who deliver these services to North American customers. An 18-year Xerox veteran, she developed the Printing Innovation with Xerox Imaging (PIXI) Awards program, recognizing Xerox customers for digital-printing excellence and innovation. She speaks frequently at industry events on business development topics.
