Joseph Rickard is the president, Intellective Solutions, which he founded in 2003. Under his direction, the company has brought together an industry-leading team of trainers, subject matter experts, designers and developers to work with graphic communications industry clients to improve their sales and sales management effectiveness. Joe frequently speaks, writes and leads workshops on sales, business development and sales management in the graphic communications industry. Prior to forming Intellective Solutions, Rickard held executive positions at Sharp Electronics and Xerox Corporation. He is an adjunct professor at Dominican College, N.Y. and a board member of the Palisades Institute of Dominican College.
