Hyde has over 16 years’ experience helping owners of graphic communications firms implement successful restructurings, mergers, acquisitions, and strategic initiatives. Hyde works with clients and directs NAPL staff and consultants in helping owners and managers achieve business objectives. Hyde holds a BA degree in history from Colgate University and a JD degree from Tulane Law School. He began his career with a law firm where he focused on mergers/acquisitions. He later joined a firm known for representation of banks in commercial loan restructuring/refinancing. Although he has not practiced law since becoming an industry consultant, Hyde remains a licensed attorney.
