Rich Brooks
Rich Brooks is founder and president of flyte new media, a web design and Internet marketing firm in Portland, Maine.
His monthly email newsletter and company blog focus on web marketing topics such as search engine optimization, blogs, social media, email marketing, and building websites that sell. Brooks is an expert blogger at Fast Company and a regular contributor to Social Media Examiner. He is the founder of the Agents of Change Digital Marketing Conference, an annual conference on search, social and mobile marketing.
Brooks is a nationally recognized speaker of entrepreneurship, Internet marketing and social media. He is the “tech guru” on WCSH Channel 6’s evening news show, 207, and teaches web marketing and social media courses for entrepreneurs at the University of Southern Maine’s Center for Continuing Education.

He has worked in technology for over 25 years, providing creative and visionary leadership for products and services in the technology, web and mobile areas. Cimarron made an indelible imprint on the mobile industry in creating the first iPhone magazine. Prior to Apperian, he worked with Texterity, and built a product, sales, and marketing organization that led the digital magazine industry by providing solutions to b-to-b, trade association, and consumer publications. Cimarron was also GM Internet Products at FaxNet.

Prior to joining WeddingWire, Sonny was in a management program at Wal-Mart where he led marketing, sales, and retail strategy development. Before this experience, Sonny spent four years at Kraft Foods where he managed numerous consumer brands, including the JELL-O business with P&L responsibility for over $800 Million. During his tenure, his brands reached record volume, revenue, and profitability levels. Sonny has structured partnerships with companies such as NBC, MTV, Condé; Nast, Mattel, Universal, Dole, Reynolds, Costco, and Safeway.
Jorge Garcia
Jorge Garcia is a BI research analyst for TEC. He has over 14 years of experience in all phases of application development and database design, as well as 7 years in project management. Prior to joining TEC, Jorge was a project leader and senior analyst developing applications for Oracle, Business Objects, and data integration. As a TEC research analyst, Garcia is also responsible for the business performance management (BPM) knowledge base. Garcia has been involved in training, consulting, and project management for applications development. He has also worked on projects related to the implementation of BI solutions for the private sector, including the banking and services sectors. Garcia also has experience in technical training and English-Spanish translation.
Roger Gimbel, EDP
Roger is a recognized authority in the digital printing industry with over 35 years experience as an accomplished printer and worldwide speaker at industry events. Roger was one of the Directors of Worldwide Operations for Global Document Solutions for which he oversaw operations for one of the largest companies in the document services industry as well as president of XRC Inc., a worldwide leader in digital print on demand. Roger co-authored a book called “individualized media essentials” marketing to an audience of one,available through Xerox Corporation. Roger was recertified as an Electronic Document Professional through 2015.

Marlene O'Hare
Marlene has been Supervisor of Office Services for Linde North America, Inc. at their headquarters campus in Murray Hill, NJ for 24 years managing office services. She is responsible for the Mail Center, Print Shop, shipping, receiving, distribution, and fulfillment. She has a BA in Education from Kean University with more than 15 years experience as a junior high school teacher in both public and private NJ school systems. She is currently the President of the NJ Chapter of MSMA and on the board of the GNJ PCC. Marlene has presented previously at ON DEMAND 2010, NPF 2006, 2008, and 2012; MAILCOM 2006-2010, and 2012; IPMA 2008 and 2009. She has also been published in various trade journals.
Matt Rees
